We needed a solution that ensured all our team, including our extensive contractor network - were inducted in our health & safety requirements, without the need to be face to face, or the requirement for paper documents. The Knowledge Portal provided us with an ability to have a customised online induction that was tailored separately for our different audience groups. We received lots of positive feedback that our staff found the inductions simple, easy to navigate and that they could refer back as reference later if required. The benefit to the business was that it reduced the requirement to manage these inductions manually, as the record of learning was collected automatically online and notification sent to the administrator. Great solution that worked well and proved an excellent ROI.
