Pace
Coaching is facilitated at a pace to suit the audience. This means that sessions aim to maximise audience engagement.
Options

Available for where staff availability is limited whilst still maximising efficient use of time. Typically this would focus on in-session theoretical learning as a priority.
Workshop
“Learning with others.”
Workshop learning comprises both theoretical and practical sessions, requiring active participation to maximise learning.
Full day
“Uninterrupted learning”.
Maximise staff focus by learning in bulk. Day sessions allow learners to be immersed in the subject with without distraction to maximise return on the investment of time.
Off-site, online
“Learning untethered to location.”
Learners are invited to a videoconference from their location where a combination of presentations and screen-sharing provides a practical learning environment.
One-on-one
“Focussed learning.”
True coaching tailored to the capability of smaller groups. Sessions are tailored to suit the skillset of learners and are typically paced faster than larger group settings.
On-site
“Learning in the work environment.”
When it makes sense to bring the team together, sessions can be held onsite and leverage available systems and technology on your premises.
“Being able to capture a complicated concept and clearly articulate a simplified message across a range of audiences is a magical skill. Simplicity really is the ultimate sophistication.”
