How long does it take for you to set us up?

Once we have your branding requirements, standard turnaround is expected within 48 business hours. If you have opted for customisations, setup time would be agreed with you.

What about terms, conditions and data privacy?

This is all covered in our Terms, Conditions & Privacy Statement. Visitors are required to confirm use of their information when they check in using the Visitor Logbook online form.

Do I need a tablet?

You do not have to have a tablet to deploy this solution, as your visitors will have access to it on their own devices. However you can provide an option for those visitors who may not have an internet-connected device, by setting up a tablet at reception.

What's included in the standard package?

  • Standard Visitor Logbook Form, accessed by your own branded URL on the @processcentral.co domain. This is what your visitors will use to check in and out of your site.
  • Visitor Digital Logbook, hosted privately online and accessed via a unique URL. This is where all visitor information will be held in a filtered spreadsheet format. A reconciliation tab makes ensuring all visitors have been accounted for quick and easy.
  • Process instructions for reference if required.
