Founded to provide services critical to the delivery of excellent processes, processCentral offers online delivery and video learning of knowledge content to compliment process improvement.
Located in Auckland, New Zealand, solutions offered at processCentral are available to english-speakers around the globe.
Team
Nicole is the primary contact for processCentral and is personally involved the delivery of outputs. Having specialised in quality assurance and process improvement for nearly two decades, Nicole is very experienced in process design and delivery of support artefacts. She works with a network of ‘on demand’ specialists to deliver simple yet effective outputs to the market.
“As a manager of people, I needed to define, capture and communicate what they had to do. I discovered that business processes were largely undefined. It became my mission to understand and convey information in a structured way which would result in use.
Whilst process capture and improvement is vitally important to remain competitive in today's business environment, it has become glaringly apparent that materials to train staff in support of processes are often non-existent or of substandard quality. I needed a way to ensure effective learning. Following technological and industry trends, video is exponentially growing in popularity to deliver consumable learning experiences. These coupled with quizzes to test concepts has closed the loop.
processCentral has enabled these concepts in one place and makes them available to all sized businesses, not just those who can afford large systems with IT departments to support.
